§ 2-340. Powers of counties and municipalities

This act does not in any way take from member counties or any municipality located therein or any adjoining county the authority to own, operate, and maintain public airports or landing fields or to issue revenue certificates as is provided by O.C.G.A. tit. 36, ch. 82, art. 3 (O.C.G.A. § 36-86-60 et seq.), known as the "Revenue Bond Law."
